Current sensors

Current sensors are devices designed to determine the strength of alternating or direct current in electrical circuits.

Such devices consist of a magnetic circuit with a gap and a compensation winding, a Hall sensor and an electronic board for processing electrical signals. The Hall sensor acts as a magnetically sensitive element, which is fixed in the gap of the magnetic circuit and connected to the input of the amplifier.

Principle of operation: the measured current creates a magnetic field, the Hall sensor generates the corresponding voltage, which is amplified at the output and applied to the output winding.
