Printed circuit boards are the passive part of microassemblies, which can be made using thin-film or thick-film technology.
The principle of building microassemblies is as follows: resistive and switching layers are formed on a dielectric base by vacuum deposition, and the topology of the circuits is formed by a photolithographic method. Radio components are installed on the board by soldering or welding, and their fitting and fine tuning is carried out using a laser.
