Power LEDs are high power light emitting diodes. The wavelength of such elements is 650-660 nm, the visible scattering angle is 160 degrees, and the power is up to 100 watts. Typically, such semiconductor devices are used for artificial illumination of aquariums and greenhouses.
There are also three-crystal high-power LEDs with variable illumination of several colors. There are also powerful diodes with a built-in lens, and they are used for street structures and corridor lamps.
