- Degree of protection. For dry rooms, devices with basic protection, such as IP20, are sufficient. If the equipment works in a garage, workshop, warehouse, street or near sources of moisture, it is worth ordering plugs for sockets with increased protection - IP44 and higher. The price of such products is higher, but they better protect contacts from splashes, dust and accidental contamination.
