BCE series ionistors from BIGCAP
A supercapacitor (ionistor) quickly accumulates and releases energy, making it ideal for use in situations requiring high power in a short time. Its durability and reliability make it the preferred choice for systems where a long service life is required without reducing performance.
The BCE series ionistors from the BIGCAP brand (Liaoning Brother Electronics Technology Co., Ltd) are rated at 5.5 V and have a range of capacities from 0.1 F to 1.5 F. The operating temperature range of the ionistors is from -25°C to +70°C. The service life is more than 500,000 cycles.
Structurally, the ionistors of the BCE series are available in disk (coin) type enclosures with unidirectional radial terminals (type C) of horizontal (type H) or vertical (type V) direction. Supercapacitors have a polar design type, which should be taken into account when installing them in the circuit. The ionistors are mounted on the board using THT technology, in which the terminals are mounted directly into the through holes of the printed circuit board.
