The range of the CHIP and DIP company has been replenished with a new series of VSRU27 chokes from CODACA.
A special feature of the VSRU27 series is their compact size, a nominal range of inductance values from 1 µH to 15 µH with a saturation current range at 25°C from 23 A to 100 A. The design of the throttle is based on its-shaped ferrite core with a symmetrical air gap and the technology of spiral winding with a flat wire "on the edge", which allows to significantly reduce resistance and achieve high values of rated current. The throttles of this series are designed for use in the temperature range from -55°C to +150°C, and are suitable for use in one of the most difficult applications – in transport. An additional third pin makes it possible to effectively increase the soldering strength and anti-vibration resistance of the choke on the printed circuit board.
Typical applications of the VSRU27 series are PoL converters, DC/DC converters, high-current switching power supplies, base stations and power for them, charging stations, on-board power supply in transport. All throttles in the series are RoHS-compliant and AEC-Q200 certified.
