KIPPRIBOR Solid State Relays
The range of solid-state relays has been replenished with the products of the Russian company KIPPRIBOR. One of the main activities of the company is the production of solid state relays (SSR) for currents from 5 to 800A with various control schemes. KIPPRIBOR solid-state relays provide reliable switching in the largest range of load currents in Russia today (up to 800A), are structurally reliable (they have a complete filling of the elements with a compound, a copper base for efficient heat removal, automated production plus a special technique for testing finished products).
KIPPRIBOR Solid State Relays offer a wide range of modifications for switching both low and high load currents, as well as special series for specific switching tasks.
Modifications of Solid State Relays (SSR) KIPPRIBOR
Single-phase SSR KIPPRIBOR
The KIPPRIBOR MD-xx44.ZD3 series are single-phase SSRs in a miniature package, especially for switching low-power resistive or slightly inductive loads. Use in a single-phase or three-phase network is possible.
The KIPPRIBOR HD-xx44.ZD3 and HD-xx44.ZA2 series are single-phase general industrial SSRs in a standard package for switching the most common industrial current ranges of resistive or inductive loads. Use in a single-phase or three-phase network is possible.
The KIPPRIBOR HD-xx25.DD3 series are single-phase SSRs for switching DC circuits of resistive or inductive loads. They are also used to amplify the output signal of a control device (with a small load capacity of the output) when several SSRs are connected to it. Use in single-phase, or three-phase network is possible.
The KIPPRIBOR HD-xx44.VA , HD-xx44.LA and HD-xx22.10U series are single-phase SSRs for continuous voltage regulation in the range from 10V to the nominal value, proportional to the input signal. Recommended for resistive loads only. Use in single-phase, or three-phase network is possible.
Types of control signals:
- variable resistor 470kOhm 0.5W for HD-xx.44VA;
- unified current signal 4…20mA for HD-xx.44LA;
- unified voltage signal 0…10V for HD-xx22.10U.
The KIPPRIBOR HDH-xx44.ZD3 series are single-phase SSRs for switching heavy loads, made in a standard package. Allow to switch resistive or inductive load in a single-phase or three-phase network.
The KIPPRIBOR SBDH-xx44.ZD3 and BDH-xx44.ZD3 series are single-phase SSRs for switching heavy loads in industry standard cases. They are used for switching supply circuits of powerful resistive or inductive loads in a single-phase or three-phase network. They have large terminals for easy connection of large wires.
The KIPPRIBOR GaDH-xxx120.ZD3 series are with reinforced heat sinks ( GwDH-xxx120.ZD3 water-cooled) single-phase SSR. They cover the largest range of load currents in Russia today. They are used for switching supply circuits of powerful resistive or inductive loads in a single-phase or three-phase network.
Three-phase SSR KIPPRIBOR
The KIPPRIBOR HT-xx44.ZD3 and HT-xx44.ZA2 series are three-phase SSRs for switching resistive loads. Provide simultaneous switching on each of three phases. Use for group switching of loading in three single-phase networks is possible.
