NGE12 Network Adapters from MEAN WELL
New NGE12 series network adapters manufactured by MEAN WELL for an output voltage of 5, 9, 12, 15V DC have been put on sale. NGE12 power supplies are recommended by the manufacturer as a replacement for the discontinued popular GS05/06, SGAS06, SGA12, GE12, GEM06/12, GSM06/12 series.
Due to the thin housing profile (28 mm), the AC adapter with a built-in plug does not occupy the space of adjacent outlets (for example, when connected to an extension cord), and the wide operating temperature range from -30 to +70°C makes it suitable for use in various environmental conditions and in confined spaces.
The design of the adapter meets the requirements of 2xMOPP patient protection and is suitable for use with medical equipment of class BF (equipment in prolonged direct contact with the patient).
NGE12 network adapters are ideal for powering various types of household electronic and portable devices, as well as other electronic equipment.
Also, the difference between the new series of NGE12 network adapters is compliance with various security standards, such as 62368-1/60601-1/61558-1/60335-1 and the availability of additional CCC/BSMI/PSE certificates, which allows the use of these power supplies in most countries of the world.
