Replacement of obsolete series of MEAN WELL power supplies

MEAN WELL, keeping up with the times, regularly upgrades its product line to meet the latest requirements of international safety standards, as well as to improve technical characteristics, increase energy efficiency of products by reducing losses, and add additional functionality. Ensuring the best balance between cost (product value) and performance of special and general purpose power supplies is a top priority for the company. The second predominant factor in the development of new products is the high quality standards.

During 2021-2022, the next update of a number of series of power supplies and other converters was carried out in terms of replacement with new series and / or expansion of the range. The most popular and demanded series of power supplies and other products, the production of which will be discontinued in the near future, and the replacements offered by the manufacturer are presented in the table.

Models of obsolete and discontinued series have extended production times and are not recommended for new developments. For new projects and as part of the renewal of previously created power supply systems, the manufacturer offers to use a replacement for a product with similar or improved characteristics.
