RSP-2400 series – high-power power supplies with programmable output from MEAN WELL

The appearance of the RSP-2400 series power supply unit

The power supply unit of the RSP-2400 series is an AC/DC converter in a housing design designed for installation in end devices or systems with high power (2400 W) with a DC voltage output from the standard range of 12, 24, 48V. The RSP-2400 series is distinguished by its functionality – adjustment (programming) of the output voltage within a wide range (from 20 to 100% of the nominal level); parallel connection function to increase the output power of Current Sharing (up to 7200W, according to the 2+1 scheme); remote on/off, output status monitoring (DC OK signal); additional 12V DC output (for remote on/off function).

Programming the output voltage in RSP-2400

The RSP-2400 series power supplies have a built-in Power Factor Corrector (PFC), Constant current limiting, high efficiency up to 91.5%, and basic protection against short circuit, overload, overvoltage, and overheating. The RSP-2400 power supplies use forced ventilation due to the built-in cooling fan. The RSP-2400 series power supplies are an intermediate series between the RSP-2000 and RSP-3000, thereby providing the opportunity to choose a series more suitable in terms of power and features for a specific application.
