Enclosures for REA "Adaptive Micro" and "Adaptive Mini DIN"
A new batch of cases from the manufacturer Centronics arrives at the CHIP and DIP warehouse: Adaptive Micro, Adaptive Mini DIN.
Adaptive Micro
Overall dimensions 53x30x15 mm
The housing consists of a base and a lid, which are connected into a single housing by means of projections on the base and grooves on the lid. The connection is tight.
Glue must be used to fix the halves of the housing.
On the two end sides of the case and on the front side, there are "zones of variable geometry". In these areas, various changes are possible at the stage of manufacturing the body by casting. For example: cutouts for connectors, buttons, switches, a "window" for installing an indicator, etc.
There are 4 mounting columns inside the base for mounting the PCB. The mounting columns have two stages of different diameters, which allow you to fix the printed circuit board at different heights.
Degree of protection: IP 40.
Body material: Impact-resistant polystyrene UPS-825.
The case is made in the following colors: black, white, light gray, dark gray;
ABS plastic. Color: Black, White, Light gray, Dark gray;
ABS plastic with increased gloss. Color: black, white, light gray, dark gray.
Adaptive Mini DIN
Overall dimensions are 55x50x37 mm.
The housing is supplied with a DIN rail mount.
The case, as standard, is available in two versions:
- without a recess for the label on the front side (Adaptive Mini);
- with a rectangular recess for the label on the front side (Adaptive Mini V2).
The plastic housing for the REA consists of a base, cover and mounting on a DIN rail.
The housing for the REA is assembled using 4 self-tapping screws (universal self-tapping screw 2.5x20mm) from the base side.
On the two end sides of the plastic case and on the front side, there are "areas of variable geometry". When custom-made, various changes are possible in these areas. For example: cutouts for connectors, buttons, switches, a "window" for installing an indicator, etc.
On the underside of the base of the case there are two recessed areas that are designed to accommodate labels.
There are 5 mounting columns in the base of the case for mounting the printed circuit board in a plastic case. It is not necessary to mount the printed circuit board on the mounting columns, since the printed circuit board is tightly held in the grooves formed between the base and the cover of the plastic housing.
Degree of protection: IP 40.
Body material: Impact-resistant polystyrene UPS-825.
The case is available in the following colors: black, white, light gray, dark gray;
ABS plastic. Color: Black, White, Light gray, Dark gray;
ABS plastic with increased gloss. Color: black, white, light gray, dark gray.
