SUNTEK GRAY Series Laboratory autotransformers
A new product from SUNTEK has been put on sale - laboratory autotransformers of the GRAY series, in a special desktop version that allows you to integrate the autotransformer into laboratory equipment and comfortably place it in the workspace. The main advantage of this design is that the entire control logic of the autotransformer is concentrated on the front front panel of the housing.
The GRAY series laboratory autotransformer is a professional device for smooth, continuous voltage regulation from 0 to 300 V in a single-phase 220 V (AC) network of a given power.
The front placement of the controls and displays, as well as the rectangular housing of the LATR provide the following advantages::
- Fast and intuitive voltage adjustment.
- Instant visual control over the usage process.
- It is convenient to integrate into laboratory or production stands.
The information screen displays the input voltage, output voltage, load current, and power factor (PF).
The output voltage is set using a mechanical regulator. The second scale is also marked on the regulator (for 500, 1000 and 2000 VA models) – the output power level at a given voltage. In other words, the LATR can be adjusted both in terms of voltage and power.
This dual control of the regulator installation, as well as an information screen with current values, prevent installation errors and allow you to quickly respond to changes in the operation of the LATR and the circuit connected to it, without using additional instruments and carrying out related measurements.
The areas of application and use of SUNTEK GRAY laboratory autotransformers are:
- Connection of non-standard loads.
- Precise manual adjustment and calibration of instruments.
- Work with thermoregulators, relays and automatic machines.
- Restoration of parameters of electrolytic capacitors.
- Testing of protective circuits.
- Control of heaters, lamps, heating elements, electric motors.
- Work with inductive and pulsed loads.
SUNTEK GRAY laboratory autotransformers are designed for use in educational laboratories, repair shops, research institutes and in production when solving engineering, educational and research tasks.
