Description
Reviews
The 24LC16B-I/P is a 16 Kbyte sequential, electrically erasable programmable I2C permanent memory (EEPROM) consisting of eight 256 x 8-bit memory blocks with a 2-wire serial interface. The low-voltage design ensures operation at up to 2.5 V with standby and active currents of only 1 Ma and 1 Ma, respectively. The 24LC16B also supports data recording up to 16 bytes.
• One power supply with voltage up to 2.5 V
• Low-power CMOS technology
• 2-wire serial interface (compatible with I2C™)
• One power supply with voltage up to 2.5 V
• Tilt adjustment of the output signal to eliminate bounce off the ground
• Compatible with clock speeds of 100 and 400 kHz
• Page recording time is no more than 5 ms
• Automatic erase/write cycle
• 16-byte page write buffer
• Hardware write protection
• Protection against electrostatic discharge >4000 V
• Over 1 million erase/write cycles
• Data retention period >200 years
