AOD101 diode optocouplers are formed by a radiating diode based on a gallium arsenide-aluminum compound and a silicon photodiode. Optocouplers are designed for galvanic isolation of electrical circuits between which information communication is carried out. The devices are used to work in special-purpose equipment. The AOD101 is available in a metal-glass case for mounting into the holes of the printed circuit board. The case of the optocoupler is marked with a alphanumeric code.
