BL-L314IRBC, IR LED 40 "d = 3mm 880nm

The L314 series of LEDs is a range of 3mm round LEDs with a spherical lens. On the bottom of the housing there is a ledge with a diameter of 3.9 mm, designed for easy mounting of the LED. To eliminate the error of connecting the LED, the anode has a longer lead. L314 series LEDs are available in two types - with a scattering angle of 60 degrees and a scattering angle of 30 degrees. The light output of these LEDs varies over a very wide range and is displayed in the table. The operating temperature range is from -40 to +80 degrees.
