CKF-BR, Phase monitoring relay, adjustable asymmetry and tripping time

Purpose
The CKF-BR motor protection circuit breaker is designed to protect electric motors and electrical installations fed from a three-phase network in the following cases: the absence of at least one of the phases, voltage asymmetry, neutral wire breakage, phase sequence violation.

Principle of operation
If the parameters of the network supplying the electric motor are within the normal range, then the contacts of the executive relay 5, 6 are closed and the coil of the electric motor contactor is energized to control its activation. In the event of one of the above emergency situations, the relay contacts open and the contactor turns off. Switching off in case of voltage asymmetry occurs with a delay of 0.5-15 s. In the event of the absence of at least one of the phases, a break in the neutral wire and a violation of the phase sequence, the product turns off with a delay of 0.1 s. Switching on occurs automatically after the mains supply voltage is restored.
