Diodes D243 silicon, diffusion, rectifier.
Designed to convert alternating voltage with a frequency of up to 1.1 kHz.
They are used for operation in rectifying devices of secondary power supply sources of general-purpose equipment.
They are available in a metal sealed case with glass insulators and a screw for mounting.
The type of diode and the connection diagram of the electrodes with the terminals are shown on the housing.
The mass of diodes with component parts is not more than 18 g.
