Temperature sensor DS18B20 with IP67 protection, for two-wire connection.

The DS18B20 temperature sensor provides temperature measurement with a resolution of 9 to 12 bits. DS18B20 transmits data on the 1-Wire bus. Measuring temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, with an error of ±0.5°C in the range from -10°C to +85°C. With a two-wire connection, the sensor can be powered directly from the data line, without the use of an external source (parasitic power). In this mode, the sensor is powered from the energy stored in the parasitic capacitance.

The sensor is placed in a stainless steel sleeve and filled with compound. A special soft silicone compound was used to protect electronic products in conditions of high humidity in the temperature range -60..+200°C, which overlaps the temperature range of DS18B20 sensors.

Heat-resistant cable with silicone rubber insulation is used at temperatures from -50°C to +180°C. The cable has excellent protection against UV rays, resistance to ozone and oxygen, artificial light, precipitation, and also retains its properties at low temperatures.
