The IO 102-15/2 magnetic contact security detector for plastic windows and doors is designed to lock door and window openings, as well as lock other structural elements of buildings and structures to open or shift, by closing and opening an electrical circuit.

The detector structurally consists of a magnetically controlled sensor based on a reed switch and a master element (magnet) made in plastic housings.
The detector is designed for continuous round-the-clock operation.
