KD103B
KD103B diodes are silicon, diffusion, rectifier.
Designed for the conversion of alternating voltage in secondary power sources.
They are used to work in general-purpose electronic equipment.
They are available in a plastic case with flexible multidirectional leads.
They are marked with colored dots at the positive (anode) output:
- KD103A - blue or BLUE and white or BLUE and green;
- KD103B - yellow.
