KD105B diodes are silicon, diffusion, rectifier.
Designed to convert alternating voltage with a frequency of up to 1.0 kHz.
They are used to work in rectifying devices of general-purpose electronic equipment.
They are available in a rectangular or cylindrical plastic housing with flexible multidirectional leads.
They are marked with a color code on the diode housing.
To indicate the type and polarity, a color ring is applied at the anode output:
- yellow on the end of the case or green on the side of the case.
A color dot is applied on the side surface of the case to indicate the type terminal:
- KD105A - the point is missing;
- KD105B - the point is missing;
- CD105V - green color;
- CD105G - red color;
- CD105D - white or yellow.
The mass of the diode is not more than 0.5 g.
