KD247E
KD247E diodes are silicon, diffusion, rectifier, high-speed.
Designed to convert alternating voltage with a frequency of up to 150 kHz.
They are used to work in rectifying devices of general-purpose electronic equipment.
They are available in a plastic case with flexible multidirectional leads.
A conditional marking with a color code is used to indicate the type and polarity.
Two annular monochrome marks are applied on the case from the cathode output side:
- KD247A - orange,
- KD247B - red,
- KD247V - green,
- CD247G - yellow,
- KD247D - white,
- KD247E - purple.
Case type: CD-4B, weight not more than 0.5 g.
Quality category: "OTC".
Technical conditions:
