The KS170A zener diodes are silicon, alloy, two-anode, low power.
Designed for use as a reference element in voltage stabilization circuits.
They are used to operate nodes and blocks of general-purpose equipment.
They are made in the all-climatic version "B".
They are available in a plastic case with unidirectional terminals.
They are marked with a alphanumeric code on the zener diode housing.
A dot is placed on the side of the cathode terminal to indicate the polarity.
