Flux Description

Purpose : Flux FKDP is a slightly activated flux based on natural rosin and is intended for filling the channel (s) in solders of alloys POS 60, POS 61, POS 63, POS 61M, and POS 62 (Sn62Pb36Ag2).
Scope: For tinning, manual, mechanized and automated soldering of electrical assembly elements of printed circuit boards and electrical radio elements of REA products for harsh operating conditions.
Specifications:
1. Flux type ROL0 according to IPC/ANSI-J-STD-004.
2. The state of the flux is solid.
3. Color - amber.
4. The content of halides - absent.
5. Cleaning type - Non-cleaning flux. If necessary or before the operation of moisture protection, it is washed with liquids OZH-21A (Lira), OZH-27A (Vega), an alcohol-non-fras mixture.
6. Does not contain substances of 1-2 hazard classes.
