Briefly about the PS series
Rectangular inductive proximity sensors
Rectangular inductive proximity sensors of the PS series have excellent noise immunity due to a unique integrated circuit with various types of protective circuits. We offer a wide range of configurations, which vary depending on the size and response distance, for various application conditions.
Technical parameters of the PSN17-5DP2 model
Cable type and power supply 3-wire 12-24V DC
The dimensions of the sensor element are 17x17mm
The response distance is 5mm
The detection object is 18x18x1 mm (iron plate)
Response frequency 700 Hz
Current characteristics Current consumption: no more than 10mA
PNP NC control output
The principle of operation is the front detection plane
Materials Heat Resistant ABS
Degree of protection IP67
Ambient temperature -25...+70℃, during storage: -30...+80℃
Ambient humidity Relative humidity 35-95%, storage: 35-95%
Hysteresis Max. 10% of the response distance
Weight 62g (83g)
The average response rate is indicated. When measuring, a standard detection object is used and the installed width is equal to twice the width of the standard detection object at a distance of 1/2 of the trigger distance.
The weight is based on the package weight. The weight of the device without packaging is shown in parentheses.
The temperature or humidity is indicated for non-freezing and non-condensing conditions.
