Description
Reed relays of direct current of the RES type are designed for switching electric circuits of direct and alternating current with a frequency of up to 10 kHz. Reed relays have a number of advantages over electromagnetic ones: - complete sealing of the contact allows them to be used in various conditions of humidity and dust, reliable operation in a wide temperature range - high speed allows the use of reed relays at high switching frequency - the relays have a high electrical strength of the contact gap - galvanic isolation of the switched circuits and control circuits of reed relays - reed relays have a simple design and weight
