SL-30ESD (220V, 160 ° C ~ 480 ° C), Soldering station

Designed for soldering with maintaining a constant temperature of the soldering tip in the range from 150 to 420°C with an accuracy of 2-3°C. Accuracy is provided by a temperature sensor located in the body of a nichrome wire heating element next to the soldering iron tip, and an electronic-digital temperature control system of the main unit.

The stations differ in the types of indicator devices that display the temperature of the soldering iron at a given time. The soldering stations SL-10, SL-20 use LED indicators of a scale type with a step of 30°C, and in the SL-30 - seven-segment indicators.

The stations are equipped with a unified soldering iron for 24 V, which is connected to the main unit via a 5-pin connector. The sting is copper, nickel-plated. The soldering iron is powered through a step-down transformer, which galvanically decouples it from the main network.

Modification models SL-10ESD, SL-20ESD, SL-30ESD have an additional terminal for grounding, are protected from static electricity discharges and are equipped with a grounded tip, which allows you to carry out any work with ultra-sensitive components.

Modification models SL-10CMC, SL-20CMC, SL-30CMC are equipped with a ceramic heating element, which is located as close as possible to the soldering point. This greatly improves the heating characteristics of the tip. Stations SL-20CMC, SL-30CMC are also available in an antistatic version (marked as SL-30CMCESD).
