The TAS3251 Ultra-HD Amplifiers with Class D Digital Input Texas Instruments TAS3251 Ultra-HD with Class D digital input are designed to deliver high performance, delivering truly superior sound quality at Class D efficiency. The high-performance single-chip solution reduces the overall size and cost of the system. The TAS3251 operates in AD mode and provides power up to 2 x 175 watts at 4 ohms load and 2 x 220 watts at 3 ohms load. A high-performance Burr-Brown™ DAC with integrated DSP is installed on the digital interface, making the device ideal for advanced audio processing, including SmartAmp and SmartEQ. Fast and easy speaker setup and control via DSP is supported by the TI PurePath™ graphical configuration software. The Class D amplifier is equipped with advanced built-in feedback and proprietary error correction system for high-speed shutter drive. This feature provides ultra-low distortion and noise levels over the entire audio range.
