TL07xx low-noise field-input operational amplifiers
The Texas Instruments TL07xx low-noise field-input operational amplifiers provide superior quality for high-cost applications. They are available in single (TL071x), double (TL072x) or quadruple (TL074x) versions. Each device is equipped with functions that include low bias (typically 1 mV), high rise rate (20 V/µs), and a common-mode input for a positive power supply. High electrostatic resistance (1.5 kV, HBM), built-in electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference filters, as well as operation at temperatures from -40°C to 125°C allow the Texas Instruments TL07xH devices to be used in the most difficult operating conditions. Devices with the C suffix are designed to operate at temperatures from 0°C to 70°C. Devices with the suffix I are designed to operate at temperatures from 40°C to +85°C. Devices with the M suffix are designed to operate in the entire operating temperature range from 55°C to +125°C.
