TSGC2 autotransformers must be operated in an explosion-proof environment that does not contain dust, as well as aggressive gases and vapors in concentrations that destroy metals and insulation.

TSGC2 autotransformers are devices that are not resistant to short circuits, so the consumer must connect them to a network that is protected by fuses with a current equal to the rated current of the transformer or a protective device of another type, for example, an automatic switch.

During operation, the autotransformers must be grounded.
