PRODUCTION FEATURES The muffler manufacturing process is carried out in several stages: The manufacture of muffler cans is carried out automatically on the COMAS production line (Italy). Welding of partition blocks and mufflers in the assembly is performed by welding in a protective gas with a melting electrode on welding semi-automatic machines of the REHM company in welding equipment of its own manufacture. The leakproofness test is carried out in an air environment using a special technique using a gas meter. The control of geometric parameters is carried out in special control devices of our own production. The development of new products is carried out according to the working designs of products that meet technical specifications, standards, safety standards, requirements of the most economical production technology, using standardized and unified parts and assembly units. The developed products are provided with technical documentation in accordance with the current GOST. In the development process, design automation tools are used: for technical calculations, analysis of the effectiveness of designed structures, production of explanatory notes and drawings.
