Housing design

The case, as standard, is available in two versions:

• without a recess for the label on the front side (Adaptive Mini);
• with a rectangular recess for the label on the front side (Adaptive Mini V2).

The plastic housing for the REA consists of a base and a lid.

The housing for the REA is assembled using 4 self-tapping screws (universal self-tapping screw 2.5x18mm) from the base side.

The housing can be equipped with self-tapping screws, if this is agreed upon when ordering.

On the two end sides of the plastic case and on the front side, there are "areas of variable geometry". When custom-made, various changes are possible in these areas. For example: cutouts for connectors, buttons, switches, a "window" for installing an indicator, etc.

On the underside of the base of the case there are two recessed areas that are designed to accommodate labels.

Mounting the printed circuit board

There are 5 mounting columns in the base of the case for mounting the printed circuit board in a plastic case. It is not necessary to mount the printed circuit board on the mounting columns, since the printed circuit board is tightly held in the grooves formed between the base and the cover of the plastic housing.
