Housing design

The plastic housing for the REA consists of a base and a lid. The housing assembly scheme is screwless, with latches.
On the front side of the lid there is a rectangular recess (84x77mm, 0.25mm deep) for labeling labels, front panels for the indicator, keyboard, etc.
The 30x20 recessed area, 0.5 mm deep, is designed to accommodate inscriptions, logos, holes, etc. at the stage of manufacturing the case according to your order.
There are two holes in the base of the housing for wall mounting and two holes for connecting hidden wiring. There are also four holes in the base for mounting additional elements, such as a radiator, etc.

Mounting the printed circuit board

Eight self-tapping mounting columns on the base of the housing are designed for mounting a printed circuit board with a maximum overall dimensions of 120x92 mm. The fastening is carried out using self-tapping screws with a diameter of 2.5 mm.
