FAN3100/3200 Gate Drivers onsemi high-speed, low-side gate drivers are available in a wide range of performance and packaging combinations to create compact, highly efficient, reliable power supplies. The devices are available in 2mm x 2mm or 3mm x 3mm MLP packaging or in industry-standard SOIC or SOT packages. These onsemi drivers feature input-threshold, two inputs per channel, high voltage range, short propagation delays, and delay matching between channels. Applications include synchronous rectifier circuits, DC-DC converters, line drivers, and switch-mode power supplies.
