Oscillating circuit

If you connect a capacitor and inductor coil you get an electric circuit called an oscillatory circuit.
A direct current supply unit powers the capacitor. The upper plate gets a positive charge, and the lower plate gets a negative charge. To put it in other words, it accumulates surplus electrons.
