Film resistors on hybrid microcircuits

The basis of film resistor is a resistive film of a metal (chromium, tantalum, palladium), a metal alloy (nichrome) or ceramic-metal (cermet).
Resistance film of a certain configuration is applied somehow or other to the insulating base of a hybrid integrated circuit.
