Insulating bushings

Insulating bushings are necessary for the normal operation of semiconductor devices with high power. They are able to provide isolation of these devices from the radiator housing. They are made from polypropylene. With their help, electrical elements are fixed on a conductive chassis, as well as a metal dashboard, excluding electrical contact.

The insulating sleeves have a diameter of 2.6 and 3.1 mm, and are specially optimized for mounting semiconductor devices in TO 220 cases. They have found application in the electrical industry.
