Description
Cable tester for devices powered by twisted pair (PoE) NOYAFA NF-488
The NF-488 cable tester allows you to test POE equipment, identify the POE standard, check power, and test cable wiring. It consists of a main device - a transmitter and a remote sensor. Connectors are located on the transmitter body to check the quality of the twisted pair, for the absence of breaks, short circuits. The Loopback port is responsible for checking the health of the network cable connected to the switch. The built-in backlight makes it easier to work in a room with poor lighting.
Testing the parameters of standard and non-standard devices powered by twisted pair (PoE), including voltage, polarity, location of the supply device.
Determination of the type of supply equipment (PSE): standard or non-standard.
Testing the power consumed by devices in systems powered by twisted pair in real time.
Testing the condition of network cables, including the presence of split and crossed pairs, short-circuited and broken lines.
Testing the power consumed by DC devices.
