ROHM Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified high-reliability diodes. These diodes offer 24W or 40W Peak pulse power (P PP ) and 225mW power dissipation (P D ). The Automotive TVS diodes exhibit reverse breakdown voltage range (V BR ) between 5.32V to 34.65V and 0.87A to 3A peak pulse current (I PP ) range. These diodes feature a 0.9V low forward voltage range and provide an excellent ESD protection. The Automotive grade TVS diodes come in a silicon epitaxial planar structure and are available in a various packages.
